For John Allen's birthday, we ate dinner at P.F. Chang's with our friends from Corinth, John and Paige Frame. We LOVE the Dan Dan Noodles, Crispy Honey Chicken and Shrimp, and the Lettuce Wraps. John ordered the Great Wall of Chocolate (which is huge!), I ordered the Banana Spring Rolls (which tasted like suntan lotion), they gave the birthday boy a slice of turtle cheesecake, and Paige had a delicious slice of plain cheecake! We did it right! Yum! This is also where John Allen and I had our first date. I had never eaten Chinese food before so I ordered something that came with "pancakes". It turned out to be cabbage. I tried to act like I enjoyed it!
We continued our visit with Corinth friends Saturday night at the wedding of B.J. Haynie and Mark Mazurkiewicz. It was a beautiful wedding and I enjoyed seeing everyone!
