Have you seen this show? I love it! John Allen says my head is full of useless knowledge, and he may be right (partly). I can't remember where I put my car keys, and I was always terrible at studying for tests, but play a song for me and I'll remember the words forever!
I think this came from doing way too much "ridin'" and singing in the car on Friday and Saturday nights since there was nothing else to do in my hometown. Beth (who we said had to have been a jukebox in a past life) and I would choose parts and practice singing the songs over and over until we knew them by heart (this took a while since we had to wait for the tape to rewind). We even had hand motions that I still do when I hear certain songs. I know, too much information.

I love this show too! Jay even loves it. He swears he will go on it when he gets up the courage to sing in public. I would love to see him up there dancing crazy like those contestants!
